Just got a ID-COOLING FROSTFLOW 240L-W, CPU liquid cooler for $110. Has some very good reviews.

So far Ive got the case, CPU cooling, psu, mobo, and ram. Just need the gpu and CPU!

you could drop from the i7 down to i5 (6600k is the only unlocked i5) from what ive read the extra capabilities(cores?) of that chip are more used for CAD programs , not so much games.
