      Current parts list for DDR3:
Case: Corsair Obsidian 750D w/ Window
Mobo: Asus Sabertooth Z97 Mk2 - Don't know about ASUS mobos
      CPU: i7 4790k - Tick
CPU Cooling: Corsair H100i - Not needed unless overclocking.
Case Fans: Corsair SP120 Performance Ed. Twin Pack - Wont the case come with fans?
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 16GB 1866Mhz(2 x 8GB) [Note: Maybe increase to 32GB for rendering purposes] - 16Gb is fine.
GPU: Asus GTX 970 Strix 4GB [Note: May upgrade to a GTX 980ti] - I dont know about nVidia, but 970s are good I hear
      SSD: Samsung Evo 840 250GB (1x) - Good choice
      HDD: WD Black 4TB (2x) [7200RPM] - Thats a lot of TBs!
PSU: Corsair CX-750 modular - Pleanty of power. Just get something reliable!
      OS: Windows 8.1 64bit OEM

      Peripherals:
      Secondary Monitor:
BenQ | Eizo | Asus | AOC - Don't go overboard with the secondary monitor. Just get something with good colours. Don't need no fancy here
Mouse: Razer Deathadder Chroma | Asus Strix Claw | Steel Series - No Zowie?
Keyboard: Blackwidow Chroma | Corsair K70 RGB | Ducky Shine 5 | Asus Strix Tactic Pro - Ducky are the best. I have a corsair and love it. Don't know about the others
Mic + stand: Razer Seiren | Blue Yeti | Audio Technica - Don't get a Razer Seiren. They are overpriced IMO.

      Also.... why no soundcard?

      Going from top to bottom:

      CPU Cooling: I am overclocking
Case Fans: Can be purchased if needed or used as a replacement in the future. May change to a set of Noctua NFF-12's
RAM: Probably gonna stick with 16GB, but us something other than kingston. Maybe going for G.Skill TridentX/RipJaws4 or something along those lines.
HDD: 8TB storage probably going to spread out a bit more since the case does have room for more than 3 hard drives. Maybe 3 2TB Drives would be sufficient. The hard drives are going to be used for archiving my work and storing w/e I have since I'm too lazy to buy externals.
PSU: I may consider a different and more reliable psu. I am currently considering between EVGA SuperNOVA G2 gold 750W or Corsair AX760 platinum.
Monitor: Edited Thread. Primary monitor instead of secondary. My bad.
Mouse: Not a fan of Zowie since they don't proper drivers for it.
Keyboard: I may get Corsair since I've been with razer for quite some time now so probably need a change.
Mic + Stand: With microphones I'm looking between Audio Technica and Blue.
Sound Card: As for sound card I haven't update this in quite sometime so I haven't added any extra's like sound cards. A recommendation would be Good. I should probably add one.

Seasonic is considered a very good manufacturer of PSU's, with Corsair actually rebranding Seasonic PSU's under their own name. Choosing one from either of these two manufacturers is usually a pretty good decision.

If you want to splurge a bit more, I would advise going for an NZXT Kraken x61 over the H100i as from what I have read about it, it outperforms in cooling in addition to the included fans being quieter than the Corsair fans. I have an x60 (an earlier version of the x61), and it is fantastic - I barely hear it, my CPU usually remains pretty cool under load (have never exceeded 65 degrees and I am overclocked), and the drivers are pretty good as well. Do a bit of reading comparing the two and make your own judgement.

If you are changing RAM then consider using low-profile RAM. It is smaller in height so it fits nicer if your mobo is crowded, and actually was the deciding factor in whether my 24-pin connector from my power supply actually could reach my motherboard's socket.

I'm not going to be using a fan and heatsink as my cpu cooler but will keep in mind for lower profile RAM if i ever consider getting fan cooling. Aside from that, I might consider getting a Kraken x61 since I've heard a lot of good things about them.

I'm considering getting a NZXT kraken x61 instead of the H100i because I've heard and seen good things about them.

Yeah there are a really good system and according to Carsair they don't normally leak. but mine did
they covered the parts that got fried but it took like 3 months and they only covered market value.
I'll try and find some pics. the actual pump split in half.
