Come on bogz, what mouse do you use anyway? Agreed on the cm's, and at least they aren't that ugly brown and beige combo. Cant stand that about noctua.

      Cool

Hey mate, Soz for the late reply. I like your set up. Only change you should make is the MOBO. Get the latest chipset 1150.

If you like ASRock I'd recommmend this board, but any z87 ASRock board in that price range will be awesome.

      http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?...ducts_id=25213

I have the gigabyte z87 but this is a really good board. Cooling wise what you have is fine. The 780's don't run as hot a previous generation boards so cooling is no longer a major issue unless your Overclocking to the shiezenhouzen.

Speak to a PC shop I'm not sure you will even need the panel fan controller. It looks cool and not very expensive so why the fk not but not necessary. The case fans and CPU cooler should be more than enough.

I didn't read everyone responces but don't they recommend 4G graphics cards ? If it's not much more expensive might be worth considering the 4Gig version.

It will be a beast compared to your previous rig so congrats and enjoy.

CZee, the 4gigs are impractical unless you're playing with two of them in resolutions of above 2560x1440. (EDIT: And Czee, he's on the latest chip set. He's using ivy bridge-e instead of haswell. So he should be on LGA2011. Which he is.

Vram does not stack two 4gb cards in SLI will not =8gb of vram
      it will still yield 4gb.

4gb is future proofed and a good buy it seems that graphics are not improving however resolutions and textures are which seem to be the biggest hits on vram.

As for mouse i use a first gen naga molten once again proving that marketing is trash.

What is with me and poor wording? I Know that vram doesn't stack.

The fact is that volt has 3gb on his selected card. And imagining the time that a 4k panel will be commonplace the 780ti will be redundant. Texture size isn't expanding rapidly enough to make 3gb a concern. Other performance demands will drop your performance/ push you to lower settings sooner than a 3gb memory limit. In many cases that extra bit of ram can also cost 50-100 bucks.

That said Volt did say that he was going to go mad with money power, and if the man with the gun says 4gb then who am I to stop him.

And Bogz, I was thinking of buying a Zowie fk, instead of my planned roccat kone pure optical. As I am sick of drivers. Do you know of anyone with experience with one that uses a claw grip? Thanks.

Volt, back in the game! You will feel like the Flash once you have it up and running.
